Delivery & Shipping


All merchandise ordered on can be shipped with an approximate shipping time of 7-10 business days. We are unable to process any orders on Sundays and public holidays.

Our delivery partners will attempt to complete your delivery thrice before the item is returned to our warehouse. Please ensure that you provide a valid mobile number and shipping address while placing your order.

Due to varying item availability, orders containing multiple items may sometimes be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its tracking number, which can be tracked on the Track Order page under the same order number. In case of such return shipping charges will be worn by customers in both ways.

Returns & Exchanges


We carefully inspect each item before shipment. Should you discover a defect in your furniture, please contact us immediately within 3 days of receiving the package. Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be the customer’s responsibility as we encourage you to study the sizes mentioned on the product page carefully and see if the furniture you order fits into your entryway and rooms.


Once we have delivered the product and left for the customer's premises, we will NOT be able to accommodate any cancellation or change requests. We advise the customer to personally be present during delivery to ensure that they check the furniture at the time of delivery.


Note: There may be errors in the prices, descriptions, or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items. In case of a replacement offered, the order or product will be replaced with the originally ordered item and cannot be changed against a variation in the current order (example Upholstery, Wood Finish, or any customization), new order, or a different product.


All exchange & replacement process initiation shall be subject to pick up of all canceled items from your/customer's premises.


The customer shall reserve the packaging material including cartons, bubble wraps, covers, etc. for ease in sending back the furniture with proper packaging.
